2024-2025 RELIGIOUS EDUCATION - CONFIRMATION PROGRAM
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
- 2024-2025 Family Registration must attend Parent meeting
- Payment: $120 per Family
- Retreat fee: TBD
- Youth Rally fee: TBD
- Diocese of Reno Parent/Guardian Consent Form and Liability Waiver (One per child)
- A copy of child’s baptism certificate. If child is not baptized yet a copy of the birth certificate is required.
- Students must complete the program by attending class twice a month
- 20 hours of Community Service per year
- Confirmation 2 students see requirement list as well
- Families must attend ALL family meetings at the parish
2024-2025 EDUCACIÓN RELIGIOSA - PROGRAMA DE CONFIRMACIÓN
REQUISITOS DEL PROGRAMA- Formulario de registro familiar 2024-2025 - debe de asistir a una junta para paderes de familia.
- Pago: $ 120 por familia
- Cuota de retiro: se le dejara saber
- Cuota del Youth Rally: se le dejara saber
- Formulario de consentimiento y exención de responsabilidad del padre / tutor de la Diócesis de Reno (uno por cada niño)
- Una copia del certificado de bautismo del niño. Si el niño aún no ha sido bautizado, se requiere una copia del certificado de nacimiento.
- Los estudiantes deben completar el programa asistiendo a clases doe veces por mes.
- 20 horas de servicio comunitario por año
- Los estudiantes de Confirmación 2 ver la lista de requisitos
- Las familias deben asistir a TODAS las reuniones familiares en la parroquia
